Additional costs:
The rental prices include gas, water, and electricity, but exclude €52.50 agency fee, cleaning (this must be carried out by the tenant), tourist tax (2025: € 2,20 per person per day), linens (bed linen, towels, and tea towels; you, the tenant, are responsible for providing these yourself), cleaning products, and €10 for service/check-up/inspection before and after your visit. If you have us take care of the final cleaning, we charge €140. If you stay with a maximum of two people and no pets during your stay, we charge €95 for this final cleaning, unless otherwise agreed.

Pets are only allowed after consultation and permission at €10 per animal per day.
