This vacation home is in a beautiful location, about 600 m. from the sea and beach, in a quiet and small-scale Roompot park in Oostkapelle and can accommodate up to 5 people: there are 4 single beds and a crib.
The parking lot is accessible with a barrier pass and you have your own free parking. There is also opportunity at the park to charge electric cars for a fee. The park is otherwise car-free. Luggage can be transported in the available wagon (approx. 80 m. to the house) which of course you can also use for the beach.
In the park there are two playgrounds, two table tennis tables and a sports cage.
Due to its location in the park, the vacation home offers a lot of privacy, is comfortable and practically furnished.
Downstairs is the living room with open kitchen. There is also a bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and stairs cupboard downstairs.
Upstairs is the second bedroom. The third bedroom upstairs is private and is not for rent available.
In the living room there is a wood stove that you can use and there is a cable TV, DVD player and stereo set with radio, CD and record player.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee maker, Nespresso, Senseo, kettle, blender, juicer, toaster, bar and regular blender are present in addition to a 4 burner electric stove, refrigerator, freezer (3 drawers), oven/grill/microwave combination plus a washer and dryer.
The two bedrooms each have a sink and two boxspring single beds with mattresses, comforters and pillows. Downstairs 90x200 cm, upstairs 80x200 cm. In the downstairs bedroom there is also a closet with a safe and a smart TV.
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination with mixer tap, splash screen, bath mat, and wall handles in addition to the sink.
In the stair closet you will find a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and barbecue, among other things.
The house is child-friendly. There are stair gates upstairs and downstairs, there are a number of kitchen cabinets with security hooks and in the closet in the upstairs bedroom there is a Tissi crib with mattress that can easily be turned off when the two single beds are together. There are also, among other things, two high chairs and a bed rack for a single bed.
All opening windows have roller gauze screens and there is a screen door at the rear. In the house are solar curtains/blinds to regulate sunlight. And you can use free wifi.
Pets are not allowed in the house. Smoking is also not allowed in the house.
The sunny backyard of the house faces south, is surrounded by a beech hedge and a lockable gate, and is about 80 m2, of which tiled terrace about 27 m2 and the rest lawn. The shed is private and is not rented. Garden furniture is available.
