Rates :
In school holidays and june-september only one-week rental from Friday 4 pm to Friday 11 am.
Beyond school holidays also long weekend (Friday 1600 hours-Monday 11 am) and midweek (Monday 16:00-Friday 11 hours). Maximum rental period 2 weeks.
Rates pro week 2026:
High season: € 975,- (July and August, including summer vacation)
Mid season: € 795,- (May June, september, weeks with Christmas and New Year)
Low season: €695,00 (other weeks)
Midweek € 500,- (Monday 16.00 - Friday 11.00 hour). Only outside school holidays and High season.
Long weekend € 375,- (Friday 16.00 - Monday 11.00 hour). Only outside school holidays and high season.
Rental price includes normal use of gas, water and electricity. Free internet and Wi-Fi access.
Bring your own towels, kitchen and owels. Bring of rent bed linen. Linen packages can only be requested directly when booking.
Additional costs:
Tourist tax 2026: €2,06 p.p.p.n
Mandatory final cleaning fee of € 85.

Option linen package € 12.00 pro bed. Double bed € 20,00
You will receive it within 2 weeks when you have left the house, garden and furniture neatly and completely.
