The holiday home is situated in a quiet park and is surrounded by greenery. It is ideally suited for a multi-generational stay. Quiet groups of friends are welcome, but the house and surroundings are not suitable for parties or celebrations.

The garden is tastefully landscaped, features several terraces, and two small lawns. In the shoulder seasons (spring and autumn), it is possible to rent part of the house (upper floor). The house was completely renovated (sustainably) in 2024 and finished and furnished (as circularly as possible) by the owners themselves. It features all basic amenities and extensive cooking facilities. One of the four bedrooms has a double bed; the other bedrooms are equipped with single box-spring beds, two of which are suitable for tall people (2.20m). All bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

All basic amenities are available in the village, and there are various restaurants. In the immediate vicinity, you can visit various historical sites, museums, outdoor and indoor playgrounds, and occasionally festivals.

Weekend rental is only possible during the low season (from November 1).
