Rates :
Throughout the year only weekly rentals are possible (Mo. 16.00 - Mon. 11.00 or Fri. 16.00 - Fri. 11.00 AM). Any deviating requests in consultation.

Rate per week 2026:
High season: € 1.295, - (summer months July and August)
Mid season: € 945, - (other holiday weeks and weeks with public holidays in it)
Low season: € 745, - (other weeks).

Additional costs:
The prices include VAT, wifi and normal energy consumption, however, due to the current high gas and electricity prices, we have to charge a surcharge of € 10 per day from October to April.

Deposit € 200.00. Final cleaning € 75.00. Tourist tax 2026 € 2.06 p/p, p/d.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2x 2 beds 90x200 cm (duvet 140x200 cm) and 1x bed 160x200 cm (duvet 200x200 cm).

Bring towels and preferably own bed linen and kitchen towels. Use of existing bed linen and kitchen towels / guest towels is allowed, but must be returned clean.

No pets, unless clear permission has been obtained beforehand. In that case they are not allowed on furniture / upper floor and should be let out outside the park. Costs € 3.50 p/pet, p/d.

Smoking is not allowed in the home.

Due to the quiet character and regulations due to inconvenience in this park of private holiday homes there will be no rental to groups of young people (under 25 years).

At the end of the stay, the home must be left tidy and neat. There are containers for household waste at the entrance of the park.
