Near the village of Burgh are the Zeepe Dunes and the Westerschouwen Forestry. Here, nature lovers can enjoy beautiful walks ranging from 5 to 15 kilometers.

If you enjoy diving, you'll be in your element. Lake Grevelingen offers beautiful dive sites. You can also dive in the Oosterschelde, with the Zeeland Bridge being a particularly popular dive site (be mindful of the currents and tides!). There are several diving centers in the area where you can find information and book guided dives.

You can also enjoy beautiful bike rides around the Oosterschelde and, of course, on Schouwen-Duiveland. You can use the cycle junction system or the cycle route network. This allows you to create your own route and determine its length.

Do you love the beach? Then you can enjoy it at various locations along the Schouwen-Duiveland coast. You can also spend a day at the Neeltje Jans Delta Park. Zeeland also offers a variety of activities, including kitesurfing, windsurfing, sailing, gliding, climbing forests, mountain biking, tennis, bowling, a swimming paradise, and fishing.

Finally, there are several charming towns within a 35-minute drive. For example, you can enjoy shopping in Zierikzee, Vlissingen, Goes, and Middelburg. The town of Veere is also always worth a visit.
