’t Dobbelaertje is a detached house that was built around 1920 and renovated in 2017. The house allows for a lot of sunlight to enter, and it is located in a quiet street at the edge of the village Serooskerke, with a very nice view on the countryside.
The building consists of two floors. The first floor consists of a cozy but spacious living room, a master bedroom with a double bed, and a fully renovated bathroom. Furthermore, a kitchen can also be found on this floor, including many appliances to make your stay comfortable: a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer section, a built-in microwave oven combination, a coffee machine, a Senseo device, a kettle, and a wide range of cutlery, pots and pans. In the room next to the kitchen, another sink can be found.
On the upper floor, two bedrooms are located. The bigger bedroom of the two has two single beds, which can be placed together or apart, based on your personal preferences. This beach-themed room gives you a true holiday feeling, which is accompanied by the stunning view over the countryside which can also be enjoyed from this room. The second bedroom on this floor is somewhat smaller but very cozy, and it holds a comfortable single bed.
The house has a terrace which is facing south, and as a result this terrace allows you to enjoy the sun from sunrise till dawn. Furthermore, the large, stylish grill gives you the opportunity to have a nice BBQ in the afternoon sun.
The first floor of this house is fully wheelchair-accessible.
For families with children, this house is also suitable. Inside the house, you will find a crib, a high chair, a changing pillow, and a children’s bath. There are games, and drawing materials for the children to play with. Furthermore, as the street in front of the house is very quiet, children’s can safely play there.
